RETURNS
woodsweetwood.gr and through its website gives you the opportunity to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the day of receipt and to be refunded the amount you have paid. According to article 3e of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the consumer can withdraw from his purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case the amount he has paid for his purchase must be returned to him through a bank no later than 14 calendar days from the day of the declaration of withdrawal.
In order for this to happen, the consumer must:
- To have kept the product packaging and the product itself in its original condition.
- Have not used the product and generally have not performed any actions that may cause the product to deteriorate. Also, it is not allowed to remove the product label.
- Has not been used and there are no signs of incorrect use or incorrect assembly of the product.
- Do not remove parts or accessories if any.
- To send an e-mail to info@woodsweetwood.gr, informing the company about the return of the product.
Return costs in this case are covered by the consumer. If it is judged that the above conditions of return of the product are not met, the company has the right to return the product to the consumer at the latter's expense and without reimbursing the amount paid for the purchase of the product.
If all the above conditions are met, the amount of money is returned to an account indicated by the consumer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and checking its status.
CHANGES
Within 14 calendar days of receipt, the consumer has the right to change the product he has purchased.
In order for this to happen, the consumer must:

The return costs in this case are covered by the consumer, as well as the shipping costs for the shipment of the new product.
In case the product that the consumer wants to replace the original purchase is not currently available in color or design, the consumer has the right to wait for the next receipt, in which case the company notifies him either by phone or via e- mail.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Customer has the right to complain about a product, if it has real defects or if there are no agreed properties.
In particular, if during the receipt of the product there are signs of use, such as torn packaging, scratches, breaks, etc., the Customer should immediately indicate the defect to the employee of the transport company and request the return of the product. The complaint is recorded by the transport company with all the necessary information.
In the event that you receive the package with the product you have purchased and do not immediately report to the employee of the transport company any complaint or do not indicate the defect, Woodsweetwood reserves the right to refuse its return.
If the product has defects or does not have agreed properties, the Customer has the right to request:
- Correction or replacement of the product
- Price reduction
- Cancellation of the sale
